AUTOMATED BUSINESS PRODUCTS NAMED AS ONE OF THE NATION’S TOP DEALERS BY OFFICEDEALER MAGAZINE
Salt Lake City—Automated Business Products, a Salt Lake City-based company, has been presented with the Elite Dealer award by OfficeDEALER magazine. The award is presented annually by the magazine to the top office equipment, office equipment dealers in the U.S. This marks the third time Automated Business Products has won the award.
According to OfficeDealer Publisher Rich Kunkel, 110 dealers were selected for recognition. “It takes something special to stand out as an Elite dealer,” he said. Automated Business Products also received this award in 2007 and 2002.
Automated Business Products was founded in 1978 as Bowlden Business Systems. In 2000, the company was purchased by Lee Christensen, Mike Archer and Jim Beck, and was renamed Automated Business Products. Since 2000, Automated Business Products has grown from seven employees to more than 80 employees in 2008.
Christensen, who now serves as president of the company said, “We are very excited to once again receive this award in 2008 after receiving it in 2007. We think it speaks well of our consistent commitment to superior customer service and serving in the community which we live and work. We are very proud to receive this recognition once again.”
OfficeDEALER magazine is a national publication serving subscribers in the Office equipment, office supply and office furniture business. The Elite Dealer award is based upon a company’s superior sales and marketing, dedication to customer service, community involvement , and the ability to provide customers with unique and innovative solutions.
